Reset is our club that runs throughout January. At the heart is a printable pdf guide with 25 tailormade healthy hydrating plant based recipes to inspire you throughout the month. If you’ve overindulged and weary of cooking after Christmas, then this is for you.

This gorgeous guide includes quick recipes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and drinks, an easy shopping list and a simple explanation of food combining for optimal digestion.

The aim is to rebalance cravings for sweet, fatty and salty foods and increase your fruit and veg intake. you’ll hydrate your body and reduce the amount of processed foods in your diet. There is no harsh detox here- we are simply getting more plant foods on your plate.

To take part, all you’ll need is a chopping board, a sharp knife and some ingredients. If you have a juicer, a soup stick and/or a blender at home, that’ll help-but if not, there are plenty ‘no equipment’ recipes too.

We’ll kick off with EAT TO HYDRATE masterclass (included in this price), where you’ll learn the fundamentals of this method of eating & I'll share my knowledge and experience with you and answer any questions to get you started.

You'll have access to our informal WhatsApp group too that runs throughout the month. There's practical tips and tricks, videos to help you prepare ingredients and Lorna's daily guidance throughout the month. Doing this with other people also helps to keep you connected & motivated (last year’s group were absolutely brilliant!)
