GREEN JUICES:

Every day Green Juice

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cucumber (skin on)
  • 1 head of celery (take leaves and heart out and set aside for something else)
  • 2 apples ( skin, core and all). Braeburns my fav atm.
  • 200g bag of greens; baby spinach, calvolo nero, curly kale, spring greens
  • bunch of parsley ( as much as you can handle)
  • 1/2 lemon (skin on)

What to do:

  1. wash all ingredients and shake excess water off
  2. slice cucumber & celery
  3. push through juicer, alternating with handfuls of spinach & parsley so that the bulky ingreds drag the leaves through. Leave one celery stick to  last
  4. slice and juice the apples and lemon. including skins, core and all.
  5. push last celery stick through to drag any pulp that’s stuck in the juicer gear.
  6. strain through nutmilk bag and you should have 800ml approx. That’s a good amount for breakfast.
  7. clean up and drink immediately
