There’s also a store cupboard list, some nutritional info and a simple explanation of food combining included.
The aim is to rebalance cravings for sweet, fatty and salty foods and increase your fruit and veg intake throughout Jan.
You’ll hydrate your body and reduce the amount of processed foods in your diet. There is no harsh detox here!
To take part, all you’ll need is a chopping board, a sharp knife and some ingredients. If you have a juicer, a soup stick and/or a blender at home, that’ll help-but if not, there are plenty ‘no equipment’ recipes too.
You’ll receive the booklet by Dec 30th and a zoom link too for a welcome chat on 31st Dec. I’ll share my knowledge and experience with you and answer any questions to get you started.
You can choose to join an informal WhatsApp group too that’ll run through January.
There will be practical tips and tricks, videos to help you prepare ingredients and my guidance throughout the month.
